I'm face palming because I had to look up my AO3 username.
Just some worlds I like seeing collide.
Harry Potter/Avatar Generally I like Harry/Jake or Harry/Tsu'tey but anything slash works
Harry Potter/Jurassic Park and/or World Harry/Owen is an interesting pairing but Harry/Zach would work a little better if Harry is still a teen. Also, a gen fic with Harry as a younger kid somehow involved with the original park or shortly after.
Harry Potter/Game of Thrones (A Song of Ice and Fire) Harry/most of the men works out well usually (they don't have to all be together at once)
Harry Potter/Anita Blake Harry/Different men either in a Harry/Single person or Harry/Multiple
Harry Potter/Star Wars I really like the Harry/Obi-Wan stories but Harry/Anakin works well too. I'm not sure I've seen any Harry/Jango but that would be awesome!
Harry Potter/X-Men Various Harry slash pairings.
Harry Potter/Marvel Harry/Peter Parker is just yum but so is Harry/Tony Stark. I also like gen fics where Harry just gets involved somehow as someone's kid.
Harry Potter/Star Trek I've read some really good ones where he is the lover of Kirk/Spock/Bones and others where he is their kid. Just depends on the story.
Harry Potter/Supernatural Generally like Harry/Sam more than Harry/Dean for some reason.
Harry Potter/OMC
Avatar Jake Sully/Tsu'tey
Star Trek 2009 Kirk/Slash pairing. He goes well with a lot of guys, just depends on the story. There could definitely be more Kirk/Khan stories though.
Jurassic World Zach/Owen
Star Wars Obi-Wan/Jango - there are not enough good fics with this pairing

lol i have so many freaking usernames, i completely understand. Okay, on to the fun part. - I have no knowledge of Game of Thrones other than what I've read in fanfic (funnily enough in hp crossovers). - I have seen Star Wars 4, 5, and 6 a couple times when I was young, and 1,2, and 7 one time in the movies. I know nothing about any of the side projects. So yeah, those are probably a no too, sorry - Same thing with Avatar - I am behind in the Anita Blake series, and it has been forever since I've read the ones I have. I've read some really good crossovers with them though (and can give a recommendation). I'd have to really think about this one as my memory of the world and characters is kinda sketchy, but I think I could definitely come up with something for Harry/Nathaniel but it would be high on the BDSM scale due to Nathaniel's kinks - I've read a couple really good X-Men crossovers too. I am honestly more familiar with the 90s cartoon canon than anything else, but I'd be willing to give it a go if I could come up with a pair I like though I tend to really like Gambit and Wolvy) - The Star Trek crossover I could probably manage, I even thought of having Q be the one to get Harry to their universe because he decided he didn't like the way Harry's story played out, have him just show up on deck while everybody freaks the fuck out. And I like all three of the boys but i've never tried to write them so I don't know how well I'd manage. I also am all for Kirk paired with either of those two or Chekov, or Khan. - Never tried to write the Supernatural boys, but again, I'd be willing to try if I could come up with a good plot. - I like Zachwen lol, it's eventually going to show up in my Jurassic World fic but it's going to be a while. I certainly don't mind writing them in something else. - I am definitely more familiar with Avengers than X-men at this point, so if I could figure out a good plot, this one is doable as well - Harry/OMC...I'm weird about OC fics, I don't read a lot of them myself, but I actually do have an idea for one already in my plot bunnies

All of my exposure to Supernatural and Anita Blake has been through fanfiction lol.
Only write what you are comfortable with because otherwise, it tends to be subpar writing. (General statement not directed at you.)
I like the thought of Q just yanking Harry out of his universe but there would have to be some way for him to still learn magic. Canon was rather disappointing with how little he truly learned in his 6 years of schooling what with everything that happened to him. I would have been studying the shit out of it just to try to protect myself.
I sort of agree about OC's, they have to read a certain way otherwise it just feels too much like a self insert and I can do that in my head.

lol the Anita Blake series is definitely an acquired taste, it is a lot of gratuitous violence, occasional gore, and poly porn through a good portion of the books. But the characters are all pretty interesting even if some characters (like Richard) you want to shake til his teeth rattle because omg lol. But I loved Nathaniel and Jason and I can definitely see an older, confident Harry taking Nathaniel under his wing, though it would be a lot BDSM smut lol. If you haven't started reading it already, Harem of a Necromancer is really good. The authors basically rewrote the entire series book by book replacing anita with harry I only got a couple seasons into Supernatural so most I barely remember and the rest is from fanfic lol. But it's one of those fandoms where as long as you can get the personalities kinda right, you can kind of play it off i think lol. If you can, you really need to see the episode, or at least the part of the episode, where they discover fanfiction. "As in Sam slash Dean." "Ewww, don't they know we're brothers?!" "I don't think they care!" lmfao With the Star Trek, omg I was trying to figure out how to continue his magic lessons and pictured Snape getting snagged along with him and I'm just imagining the absolute snark and sass going on between him and Bones and Spock. *after a diagnostic scan of Snape* "My God, man, what did you to yourself?" "I survived the attentions of a madman" "Barely" and "Potions? What kind of backwoods nonsense is that?" *Harry off to the side covering his face* "omg, Snape's gonna kill him". But I know! It's like, you know you have a madman and his minions coming after you, by all means, just do the bare minimum to learn anything. To be fair, most of what I know is from fanfic, I've read the first book and watched the first 7 movies in theaters and that's it, so maybe I missed something, but gauging from fandom, apparently not.
